As you can hear on our profile, we uploaded a new track.
Zoltan and I talked it over, and decided to upload “Synthetic Divinity”, so
that you guys can hear some of the new stuff we will be recording when we get
back from the Tour.


Keep in mind that this is the Demo version, and that we will re-record it for the album.

Evo jos malo novosti:

-Uskoro ce se stampati majice benda, i mocice da se kupe u sklopu turneje (na svirkama), pa i posle, ako ostane. Neznam jos tacno koja ce cena biti, ali maximum 10 Eura (ja se nadam da ce biti manje). Bice ih u svim standardnim velicinama.

-Sve tacne (potvrdjene) datume za turneju cu okaciti vrlo uskoro, tj kad se zavrsi dizajn za oficijalni Tour Poster. Unutar Srbije ce biti par svirki (Beograd, Novi Sad, Subotica i nadam se Valjevo), a tacne datume i mesta cete saznati uskoro.

-Da vas podsetim samo da sviramo na Kulskoj Gitarijadi u Subotu 28.03.2009, i da je NOVA PESMA (Demo verzija "Synthetic Divinity", pesma koja ce se pojaviti na nasem sledecem albumu) okacena na nas My Space profil, pa mozete poslusati i baciti komentar.

Finally, our European Tour dates are confirmed for this April/May, you can see all the info below. We will be playing in 6 countries on this Tour (Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Serbia and Bosnia), with our good friends CiLiCe (NL).

Merchandise will also be ready for this Tour (t-shirts, CD..s, posters, pins, etc) so be sure not to miss this.

Koliko ja znam Sacrilegious ce nastupiti, kao i prosle godine, kao predgrupa. Super Death Metal ekipa, no o predgrupama ne odlucujem ja vec organizator!

Inace, svidjaju mi se oba benda! Sledeci put cemo, nadam se, svi deliti binu. Bice prilika!

Aha.. Nisam znao da je vec ugovoreno za Sacrilegious..

Evo Laza iz Draconic-a nas reklamira

Dakle, majice su gotove, ima ih u S, M, L, XL, XXL velicinama. Po nasim svirkama cete ih moci kupiti za 600 dinara, a od ponedeljka ce biti i u Mungos-u (NS) da se kupe, ali ce biti malo skuplje. Print Design je A3 napred i nazad - napred je Logo + design (kao sto mozete i da vidite gore), a nazad su datumi sa turneje.

Krecemo za par dana, tako da se vidimo ko dodje na neku svirku.

"Greetings,



Here is a brief report of the Balkan Massacre Tour 2009. Soon we will upload some videos, so that you will have the chance to see some footage visually.



The Tour kicked off in Bosnia, and we were amazed that people came to support the underground on weekdays in a big number, specially in Banja Luka (Republika Srpska). The venues, people & food were very nice, special thanks to Zrna (Egonay) & Slaven (Flatline).



After that we played at home, in Serbia. Of course, as always, it is great to play at home. The gigs were great, and had lots of fun with all our friends, and of course nice barbeque with the CiLiCe guys happened after our gig in Novi Sad with our friends from Obscured.



After Serbia & Hungary, we played in Romania, in Cluj Napoca – and here I would like to apologize to all the fans & the band Cryptal who came to support us on the 30th of April, when the gig should have happened, but we arrived too late. We drove for 13 hours straight, repaired 2 tires, and went about 200 km in the wrong way, and when we realized this, we had to go back, and unfortunately it was impossible to arrive on time. We played the next day on a Festival in the same venue where we watched many good bands and had lots of beers.



The gig in Rousse, Bulgaria was absolutely amazing for us. The night before that, we hade no sleep, because we had another +/- 10 hour drive and did not want to risk another missed gig. We arrived there tired, but the atmosphere, people & bands totally put us back in a nice vibe. The performance of all 4 bands was fantastic, and the after party was one of the best nights on this Tour.



We wrapped up the Tour in Macedonia. The gig in Prilep was wild, so many metal heads in one place – wow! The town by itself is wonderful, really looking forward to come back here. And of course, the gig in Skopje was one that probably all of us will remember. We met here some of the nicest people we could imagine, had a blast with all the metal heads, we were simply left speechless.





During this Tour, I received many CD..s, and got the chance to share stages with so many good bands, so I will here name only a few, otherwise I would probably name them all:



CILICE (Math Metal, Holland):



Do I really have to say anything about these guys? Every concert just blew me away, only 1 word can describe this band – perfection.



CLAYMORE (Black/Death Metal, Bulgaria):



I was amazed by the amount of talent these guys have. For all fans of Melodic Black/Death Metal – definitely something worth checking out.



MALFUNCTION (HC/Metal, Macedonia):



If you like Machine Head, then you will like these guys 100%. Astonishing performance from this young band and hope to hear more from them soon.



DRACONIC (Modern Metal, Serbia):



This band left me speechless – not because they are from Serbia, but because they simply play really good music. Something that is not worth describing – just give them a listen, you won..t regret it.



MARAS (Black Metal, Macedonia):



Very cold Black Metal from Macedonia. Their first full-length finally got released last year, so if you like Heathen Black Metal – do not miss out & support them.



TANKER (Southern Metal, Bosnia):



Down, Pantera & Zack Wylde fans – CHECK THEM OUT !!!



FORMLESS TERROR (Brutal Death Metal, Macedonia):



I can definitely say that these guys are more Brutal than most of the new American Brutal/Guttural/Slam Death Metal bands I have heard. This amount of brutality is just totally insane. If you like ear-raping Death Metal, this is the band for you.





After all these concerts, it was really hard to decide where were the best gigs, but after some thinking, I think this would be it:

10.05.2009 – Club Havana – Skopje, Macedonia

03.05.2009 – The Military Club – Rousse, Bulgaria

22.04.2009 – Music Hall – Banja Luka, Bosnia





All in all, it was a great Tour, and looking forward to play in the Balkans again! Many thanks to our brothers CiLiCe for the all good times & for giving us the oppurtunity to Tour with them, all the organizers & promoters who made these gigs possible, and of course – all our friends, fans & bands that supported us on these shows & special thanks to all the people who bought some merchandise!

Izgleda da je dobro skinuo ali ja iz tehnickih razloga nemam zvuk na kompu.

Disdained have been steadily improvement since their humble beginnings with the 'Live at Dvoriste' album. That debut was a good, raw, brutal live death metal, although rather unremarkable. Then the follow up, 'We All Reek' was an improvement on this, a much clearer, refined sound, and they seemed to have a bit more focus in mind. It was really anything unique or 'out there', but it was a good death metal album that would make a good addition to any real death metal fans collection.

This is their new single, and gives us a bit of a preview to the way the band might be headed. It's a lot more melodic than 'We All Reek', most of the Suffocation influence is now replaced with what almost sounds like Stockholm-influenced melody, although the music is still brutal. The main riff has that fast, bouncy Swedish vibe to it. Heck, I'd actually compare this more to At The Gates than anything in the brutal death metal scene. We get a few more riffs and then towards the middle is a bit of weirder, more abstract riff that might even have sounded awkard if Disdained didn't pull it off so well. Reminds me of Gorguts a bit. The drums are still fast and frantic, the musicianship is still very technical (a little more showy here than their previous efforts), and the vocalist is relatively the same. But the sense of melody and riffing has changed.

Changed for the better? I'm not sure. It's hard to judge based off this one song. We'll have to see. This single is worth picking up though. You also get a 'making of' video on cd-rom, which has the full song playing whilst the camera switches from person to person playing their respective parts. Worth picking up for cheap anyway. I'm looking forward to their new album, but whether it will be an improvement over 'We All Reek' awaits to be seen.
